The dog postcard book was commissioned by Laurence King Publishing following the success of the 'Dogs: Best in Show' trump card set. First published in 2011 it contains 21 postcards, each of which can be detached from the book and sent by mail. The book is currently in it's 2nd edition, which is great, as the 1st edition sold out fast.
The Dogs: Best in Show trump card set was my first commission from Laurence King, in Association with Magma, a specialist chain of 'new design' books and products.
Find out who's the cat that got the cream with this beautifully illustrated set of cards. Does a Persian need more grooming than a Birman? Has a Turkish Van got a louder purr than a British Shorthair? Is a Siamese more independent than a Ragdoll? With 30 cat cards, each with scores in 6 categories to choose from, you’ll have hours of fun playing Cats: Best in Show.
Featuring hand-drawn illustrations of the most popular and interesting breeds of cat, along with facts on each breed from animal expert Sue Parslow, this set of postcards is the perfect gift for anyone who adores cats. Send a postcard of a Persian to a fellow feline lover, or simply keep all 21 of these beautifully illustrated cats for yourself.
