Welcome<\/h2>

Hi, I'm an illustrator and children's book author and this is my new shop. Thanks for visting and, as you're here, I'd like to mention a few things:<\/p>

  • Colour Bird, an introduction to colour for small children, is my second children's book. My first book was 'Polly and the North Star', published by Orion and winner of the Booktrust Award for new illustrators<\/li>
  • The dog and cat illustrations were initially commissioned by Magma, for Lawrence King publishing for use in Dog Bingo, Top Trumps card sets (Best in Show) and Postcard sets. I retained the right to sell the prints though and they are now available for sale on this site<\/li>
  • I do have an art degree, in sculpture surprisingly, from Chelsea Arts School. Upon graduating, I immediately succumbed to my love for books and illustration and began my career as an illustrator and author<\/li>
  • COLOUR BIRD discounts
    for Mother & Toddler groups, playgroups, pre-school and primary schools
